The Creamery

The Creamery, an award-winning Cafe/Bistro/Ice Creamery located in Salthill, Galway city, wanted a logo and branding update to match their newly renovated premises. The redesign aimed for a bright, family-friendly feel with a fun essence, reflecting their great food, coffee, and ice cream offerings. Our design solution incorporated a ‘melted drips’ motif from the interior’s dye-cut wood decorations, using mocha-brown for text, hot-pink for subtitles, and light blue for the melting effects, with a serif font emphasising a large ‘C’. This new brand was then applied to exterior signage, barriers, and cafe items.
Following the brand update, we then created a new website for The Creamery to include online booking and ordering features, utilizing WordPress and Square. The responsive, six-page website led to a 150% increase in public engagement, attracting new customers and revenue. The successful launch of the website, available at www.thecreamery.ie, marks a significant enhancement in the cafe’s digital presence and business growth.
